Crashing English Higher
I never got to do Nat 5 English at S4 as I came to Scotland at S5, I picked Higher ESOL up as one of my S5 Subjects last year and got an A and was recommended by my teacher to pick up higher English as an S6 subject. We’re doing poems and a short story and I was wondering what should I do to get an A as someone who never did Nat 5 in the past? Thank you!

Hi Sahriiii,
If your teacher is advising you to pick up English S6 you are clearly capable.
I'd speak to your teacher in September about your concerns and they'll be able to guide you. It might also be worth getting some practice papers under your belt so if you have more exam experience too.
