Mention studied/lived abroad in personal statement?
I have lived and studied in a few countries growing up (like India), do you think it would help my personal statement and make me stand out? I'm not sure if I should include it lol
If it's not relevant to your suitability or desire to study the course, then I wouldn't bother including it. For example if you have lived in Brazil and are applying for a course on South American Culture or if you've visited loads of UNESCO sites and are applying for a Cultural Heritage course, then yeah, it would sense to include it. If you're applying for Biochem and are just stating you travelled around a lot or listing a bunch of unconnected countries, then not so much.
