clearing 2023

if a uni course isn’t going into clearing and says it’s full what does this mean? does the unis have our grades before us

Unis received the grades about a week ago

They use those to turn conditional offers into unconditional offers (confirm your place) and notify UCAS

That notification is what’s being released tomorrow

In short, yes, they see your results before you do

Hi.
I'm one of the student ambassadors here at Coventry University.
You are correct, universities usually receive the grades of their applicants up to a week or two before the students themselves get them. With this being said, the university have maybe estimated that, even before clearing, the course has reached its maximum number of students. However, I would recommend keeping and eye on the universities website when learn is in full swing, this could change, if you require it.
