Any advice how to get a room in halls for my first year ? I have a place and they are all sold out !

Call the accommodation team and see if they can help in anyway. As A level results only came out today there must be some drop outs. If they cant help you in any format and nothing in private sector your options are limited and you may have to defer to next year.
