EPQ ideas for dentistry?!

So I want to base my EPQ around an aspect of dentistry and i have a few ideas that I want to look into ie.
Dental health in pregnancy
Dental Technol. (like how is it improving dental practices etc.)
The evolution of dental tools
Teeth whitening products - are they worth it??

I've got other areas too, but I've heard that you've got to make the topic/title evaluative and have like alternative/conflicting perspectives + debates to get a good grade in it.
Any ideas on how to incorporate that into these topics ??
Also any general EPQ advice is needed too haha
