Anyone any experience with HP student store ordering and tracking?

I placed a order with HP student store for a new laptop and printer.

The payment is showing as pending on my bank app.

I received an email acknowledging order with order number and linking me to where I can track.

My order page on HP student store is showing no orders and the tracking can’t find my order.

Do you think this is just because it’s the weekend and the payment will need processing after the weekend is over?

I do note that the email says a order confirmation email will be sent once confirmed.

So I’m guessing with it been a weekend this will happen tomorrow.

I tried to make a student account with HP, and the link(s) they sent were faulty. Ultimately, I ordered a laptop from Lenovo which I'm still waiting on (2 weeks later). I've got a UPS tracking code and good grief, international shipping takes an absolute eternity. It's done a tour of Asia so far, and it's now sitting in a facility in Thurrock for about 2 days. Enough about my rambling, I'd personally wait for the confirmation email, and if that doesn't work contact HP directly. It might be a glitch, or they haven't got all the information and haven't bothered to let you know.
