How to get into level 4/5 health and social care?

I got a level 3 H&SC and went to uni but I didn't like the university lifestyle, it wasn't for me, currently, I'm trying to find colleges that provide level 4/5 health and social care. Does anyone know where I can enrol or gain those levels?
