Work experience in care home weekly

Hi
Day after UCAT - huge relief!
These are my stats-
9 GCSE at level 9
UCAT 2780
Situational Judgement Band 1
Predicted 3 A*in biology, chemistry and maths.
Any suggestions?
It is so competitive to get into Medicine - I don’t want to waste an application .
