Are personal gofundme donations considered as taxable income
So I want to set up a gofund me to cover driving lessons so around 1-2k, just wondering if I'd have to declare this money to HMRC and pay tax on it as it's not business related just for personal use. I've seen others do this on gofundme just not sure about whether it's considered as income or not.

One would assume they are considered gifts and thus attract no income tax.
You should consult with HMRC directly for a definitive answer.
