Any advice on how to increase my stamina and tip on on to run faster and long without a gym

You don't need a gym if your goal is to increase running speed and stamina. You simply need to run more often, and you can do that anywhere. Note down your times and try and improve on those each session.

To some degree, building more leg muscle will make you sprint faster, but probably not that important unless you run competitively.

Skipping rope and running are two good things you can integrate in your training to improve your stamina.

I think you stamina would be increase gradually and slowly just keep of increasing your workout gradulally
