16+ oyster hasn't arrived, need advice on what to do :(

Hello everyone!

I applied for a 16+ oyster recently, and on the 6th of September I was informed it would arrive in 5 days. It has almost been 2 weeks since then and it hasn't arrived. I'm not sure if I should be worried about this (I do have terrible anxiety so naturally worry will come to me haha) - maybe it got lost or delivered to the wrong house?

I'm confused with what I should do and would love some advice on the topic. My zip card expires at the end of this month and I frequently travel by bus so this is very important to me
