Uni choices

I am currently in 4th year studying national 5's. The 3 main subjects I am focusing on are math, physics and cs. I'd say im maybe a bit above average but not too smart. However when it comes to cs I usually excel compared to others and don't learn much in class due to prior knowledge. I do lots of computing stuff at home and it's what I want to work in this field in the future. However when i finish highschool I don't know what to study. I want to study something in cs/software development but I fear that it may be pointless due to me barely being able to learn anything due to all the stuff I do at home. I'm also interested in mechatronics/Electrical engineering. I'd like some advice from anyone in a similar situation as to what would be the better choice to pick to study in after highschool. I have slight experience with both but much more with cs/software development and not much with EE. Or maybe i'm overthinking and it's still to early to worry about this stuff. Thanks.
