Depends on how meaningful the relationship was. It may be that u never recover fully but move on, which is important. I don't think forgetting the good things of a past relationship that helped u grow is productive. I say u lean into those and focus on urself. Once u get to a point ur focusing on yourself and improving u may well be past it and ready to try a new relationship. As for if u will find love again, yes u will. Definitely can happen more than once but don't actively seek it. Work on yourself and it'll come to u when u most need it. Hope that helps
