If you are over the age of 16, you should be able to change your name using a deed poll. You have gone by Levi for nearly three years. I have friends who have changed their names in a much shorter amount of time since coming out. At the end of the day, it is up to you. I don't want to force you to make a decision, but if you think it will make you happier then you should.
