My neighbour shed light is so bright
That it is shining directly into my flat, so my flat is above their garden and I can clearly see their shed light from my window. Can I do anything?

Tell your neighbour to turn it down
Ask them to adjust the angle/brightness.
do you have curtains to block the light?
Ask them to make adjustments to it - I would expect most people would be reasonable as they wouldn't want the same happening to them.
If they don't, report to the council as a statutory nuisance. Probably a much slower process but quite possibly will force them to make adjustments.
