Do I fancy him???

There is a guy who works in my local supermarket and has been eyeing me and smiling for like 2 years. I eye him back. Recently I have seen him up close and I cant say I am very attracted to him but the thing is I am attracted to his general eye contact vibe he is giving off but maybe not his actual appearance. I can't tell whether I just like the idea of him and the idea of him crushing on me or if I am actually attracted to him. Has anyone been in a similar situation.??

Yeah I think I would have to actually talk to him. I have really bad anxiety and he doesn't really speak either. No small talk or anything he just stares and smiles. For 2 years

Ahhh, that does make things harder, but I think just trying to make some small talk would be good, interact a little bit, even just general things like "How are you/Hope you're well" type stuff, best of luck figuring it out!
