really anxious of failure

Im always scared so i just keep changing the dates or postponing things. how do i stop?

Jokes aside, I think one way to help is to keep any plans you make short with an opportunity to extend it if you feel okay. For example, you can go for a quick lunch and extend that to a walk or a drink if you still feel fine. Otherwise, just go home.

Another thing you can do is to lock your plans in financially. If it's an activity you can pay for in advance, pay for it so you're compelled to go.

Most importantly, seek help. If self-regulation isn't helping, do ask for help from your doctors. Therapy really does make a difference.
