I've done these manually
Once you do one you can just change it and so the rest are quick
Up to you I suppose, there might be a website online you can borrow a format for

Yes, it's just about taking the mundane and trying to pretend it is more meaningful.
I'm using PowerPoint yes, I feel some may be using meme generator too.
