GCSE English Speeches Urgent Topic Help

I am doing my GCSE English speech very soon and desperately need to pick a topic. Currently, I am doing it about the dangers and benefits of AI but I feel as if it's a relatively common and "lazy" topic as it's easy to do research about it. I am very passionate about science so if I get a good topic related to this then I will gladly do my speech about it. Does anyone know any controversial speeches related to science that I can do and maybe some more broad speech topics not just related to science? What did you do your speech about?
