I am not sure what topic to pick for my speech this year. I have found a question online "
Should Bansky be considered a great artist or a criminal?", i think this is a very interesting question but I am not sure how to answer it myself. It would be great if people could give some suggestions on topics or on any ideas about the Bansky question
