Cambridge Film and Screen Studies MPhil research proposal

Hi guys, I'm hoping to apply for Cambridge's Film & Screen Studies by advanced study MPhil. The website says that applicants need a 1-page research proposal. I wondered if anyone has any suggestions/advice about this? How should it be structured, and how specific do we have to be about our exact methodology? Do we need to talk about our achievements etc, in the manner of a personal statement? I know that for science subjects, for example, there needs to be a clear explanation of how I'll conduct the research (methodology), but for film studies, it is a different discipline. Any suggestions?
