Does anyone know how to fill the NEA form? How do we even receive it, do they email it to us?

Isn't it not writing up a report? I also do this exam board and currently documenting up my proposed project solution. I never heard of filling out a form, unless ur not based in the UK.

Computational thinking helps us to solve problems. Designing, creating and refining algorithms - OCR. Algorithms are step-by-step plans for solving problems. Algorithms can be designed using pseudocode and flow diagrams.
