Looking for someone to take over my tenancy contract

I am currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement for my room in iq the arcade private accommodation in central London, Holloway, zone 2. It's a single room and is £244pw (bills included) with shared kitchen and bathroom. You can move in from now and the contracts up until August. It's very well connected being in Holloway so getting around is easy and there's many bars, restaurants and shops within a 10 min walk. The people in my flat are all really nice and welcoming aswell.
