1. ONLY the students of the University of Northampton can live in there
2. You must not be living in a university residence hall at the moment
3. one room can only be occupied by ONE person (for a couple, you need to rent 2 rooms)
4. if you occupy the room, you will pay the university
5. You must be 25 years old or above
