I'm leaving this company
I've worked for over three and a half years.
However on a rolling contract for over 18 months, 3-4 months then 3-4 months.
I've been told various things:
-they said four guys was on sick leave at one place and only one of them termed up
-they didn't give me a proper full time contract
-they told me I had to do this course to get a full time contract, when others did not do that course, already on a full time contract
Because I'm very ill, I needed that full time contract to maybe be on full time sick pay.
My friend is entitled sick pay full pay.
I'm not sure how this organisation works.
