Replacement tenant needed - UCLAN/ Preston College
I have stopped attending university so I must find a replacement tenant for my accommodation. The accommodation is a short 10 minute walk from UCLAN. It is a private accommodation so any university student studying in Preston can take over the accommodation. The room is an en-suite double room and has a communal kitchen space. Rent is £451 per month, ALL BILLS INCLUDED, I have paid up until January. I am willing to pay the deposit, as I really need the room gone otherwise I will be paying rent for a place I cannot live.
