Sports science

Hi, I have been offered a place to study Sports Science. Would like to have some feedback from existing students on the course so far. Also, are all lectures held at the Medical Centre? And lastly, if I stay at South colleges like Cartmell, how long does it take to walk to lectures? Thank you so much for feedback.

As your question mentions Cartmel College, it presumably relates to Lancaster University specifically. As such, I've moved this thread to the Lancaster University forum, where you're more likely to find users with the information you seek.

Hi @phoebeuni,
Congratulations on your offer to study sports science! Usually lectures are held all over campus with some in the medical center and some on main campus, and then Labs and workshops that require specialist facilities will be based in the medical center or sports center.
Cartmel college is located in SW campus so is about a 15 minute walk to the medical school and about a 10 minute walk to the center of the main campus.
If you have any more questions, feel free to ask!
