How long does it take to get notified someone’s made a claim against you?
I accidentally bumped into someone’s car whilst they were away. We are pretty sure it’s just paint transfer but I left a note. I’ve only recently passed my test so I’m hoping they don’t claim because insurance is already really expensive.

Insurance might contact you if the other party decides to claim. Usually, they'll reach out if there's any action needed from your end.
