Hey there! I am looking for a replacement tenant in Chapter Kings Cross.
I am subletting a:
Bronze Studio (16 SQM)
With pivate bathroom & kitchen
Recently refurbished & in good condition
7th floor
£525 p/w
Lease until Sunday, June 30th
I think it is a great place if you are looking for private accommodation. There are weekly events if you’re into social stuff, a big study room if you like studying with your friends, and an onsite gym open till quite late.
The location is also great as its a 5 minute walk from 2 major train stations (Kings X and St Pancras), and also an underground station, which is a connection point for 6 lines.
Because of that you can easily get to any uni very quickly, including KCL, LSE, UCL, City, UoW, and CSM, with the last 4 being a walking distance.
If you are a UCL student, the location is especially good as its just a 15 min walk / 5 min direct bus ride to campus. Also all roads to UCL are big and well-lit, which you’ll be happy to know if you like walking like me. And you can pop into one of the many cafes & groceries shops on your way to / back from uni, which is super convenient!
