Vaginal dryness and atrophy from pill
Hi I was on the low dose oestrogen pill for a year until I realised it had ruined my body. I stopped it 4 months ago but nothing has changed. It made me gain 2 stones, caused my vagina to become dry, killed my sex drive and caused me to have atrophy too. And now I can't have sex at all it hurts so much. I've tried taking supplements and to use moisturisers but nothing has changed. I'm in two minds about going to the doctors as I've heard of oestrogen cream prescriptions but I'll have to be on that for the rest of my life and apparently it doesn't reverse things fully. I'm gutted. Any advice or has anyone been in this situation and were they able to resume a good sex life again?
