Hi, I’m in year ten and I just joined the speech and debate team. The teacher has suggested to me to partner with another girl who has gotten gold in debate before in year 12. I’ve agreed because she’s someone I really admire, but I’m kinda worried I’ll be dragging her down due to my lack of experience. Does anyone have any tips for debate and how to make yourself valuable when collaborating with someone?
