Question for Ukranian girls

I've been speaking to this girl from UA and it's unlike any other girl before. She is extremely kind, overfamiliar, says she loves me (only been on one date), can't stand the thought of being without me etc etc. Should i treat this like any other red flag behaviour if it were from a british girl or is this just what ukranian girls are like, a cultural thing

She seems to be coming on a bit strong, but I don't know if that's red flag behaviour or not. It could be lovebombing, or she might be genuinely into you.

Ok so tonight she finally took it too far she sent me some notepad noteo f like some CONTRACT for me to sign saying i would always love her and stuff and i just blocked her
