what are good FREE working out apps?

Hi,
I have been searching far and wide for a good app that shows you how to work out at home for free and gives you a little video for each like thing you are to do (excuse my lack of gym knowledge i do not know anything about exercise but feel i need to start to build into my routine and then i can increase my mental health.

Any app suggestions?

FitOn and 7 Minute Workout I found really good
Both have a paid subscription option too, but they have loads of free options as well. I prefer 7 minute workout (it doesn't just have to be 7 minutes) but Fit On has a wider range of types of workouts. Hope this helps

Don't bother, youtube is the best method. I've spent loads of time on apps and it is utterly useless. Spend your time to research about your goals and make a plan accordingly. My plans are to join the military and because of that a lot of fitness is involved. I went for this program: https://app.fitr.training/p/8851 It is great, and also cheap. I don't use it anymore after attending selection so I know what I need to specialise in, but its great for starting out. If you want a schedule thats given to you, would recommend this. Otherwise spend time, research and develop a plan accordingly.
