Have you applied elsewhere? Do you know why you were rejected?

I'm not a student .

Your options are to take a year out and reapply to Teeside next year. If you do this ask for feedback from Teeside about why you have been rejected and see if you can build on that. Alternatively, wait for all your responses and then decide if you are happy with any of the offers you receive. If not, you can reject any offers you hold and apply to another uni using UCAS Extra. If you don't get an offer, you can add another choice. If you don't hold any offers by summer, you will be able to apply through clearing.

Just take a while to process your disappointment before deciding your options.

i don’t know
Hi there,

Sorry to hear you were rejected, our Optometry is course is really competitive which likely contributed to this decision. If you contact the admissions team on [email protected] they might be able to give you some more information about your application and advise you on how to progress.

I hope you're well
Mike 🙂

It might be too late or you already came up with a plan but You should be grateful that you have been rejected. I have heard a lot from students and honestly not many said a positive thing especially Gordon and the other lady who also teaches there called Nian or Nina something like this. It is such a great university but shame that this course is taught by unprofessional staff. If I were you I would've avoided there because of the staff who teach this course.

Nina is highly qualified and has extensive knowledge.. plus you have to consider it is a new course so they have a lot of workload and they are still pending approval.
