currently doing a BTECH in health and social care L3 and have I've been set an essay in psychology perspectives ( unit 11),
I've got to choose 2 case studies out of 4 each have there own problem, at the moment in trying to debunk which perspective/approach I should be using for each problem before I start choosing/writing up my essay.
as a huge over thinker Im wanting to see if what I've chosen is somewhat okay and have got the right idea for each issue.
here's what ive put:
eating disorder ( anorexia )- cognitive approach
clinical depression - humanistic approach
phobia ( spiders )- cognitive approach
OCD (focusing on germs ) - cognitive

help is needed thanksssss :smile:
