Is there any possibility that my uni accomodation could break my tenancy license?

I have left university due to mental health reasons but I am still liable for the rent at the accommodation block. I have looked over the contract and it seems its going to be impossible to find someone to take over the room at this point in the year.

I have read through the contract a few times and noticed that the accommodation can terminate the license if I am classed as a risk to my myself or others. My therapist said they could write a letter explaining this to the accommodation service but wasn't sure if it would work or not?

I have looked on my end on ending the license and to cut a long contract short, the only time you can cancel is if its within 7 days of booking the room or if you find a replacement yourself.

Any advice would be great. Thanks.
