never received my uk drivers license.

is it the drivers fault if the examiner sends off their provisional after passing their test but the driver never received her full uk license back. or is this DVLA’s fault. Everytime i tried to renew one online they could never match my details and would load and error page. I have proof of my pass certificate but an undercover police van pulled me over and i was a provisional driver on their database but it also said i passed my test on such a day. but i obviously got done with driving on the wrong driving license and wrong insurance. who’s fault is this ?

Sounds like the DVLA as they obv haven't updated their systems let alone sent you the physical licence, also possible the instructor made a mistake sending stuff off

Hopefully the fines get sorted out - but you will prob need to talk to the DVLA directly which is a pain.
