Studying medicine or dentistry

Are there are any course that would get me into a medicine or dentistry degree after 1 year that I could apply to now i.e past the October UCAS deadline. Such as keele’s HEALTH FOUNDATION YEAR FOR MEDICINE can I still apply to that and are there others like it? Please help me find them or advice on finding them

Liverpool university does a pre med style foundation year at Carmel college which may be flexible. I don't know application dates though but worth checking on the Liv uni website.

Edit. There may be a similar course at Bradford. But again I don't know enough about it but it might be worth exploring.

Be careful to explore things like tie ins to certain unis, and progression rates etc. They do vary for access courses.

"A year zero foundation programme, designed for mature students who have typically been out of formal education for some time or who have taken non-traditional qualifications, which leads to access onto a Medicine and Surgery MBChB programme."

This is what it says on the Liverpool website for that course (Foundation to Human and Animal Health Professions (Medicine) (Year 0)). The application deadline is 31st January

Hi, I have done my UCAT once getting 2490. Although i achieve A stars in my alevels. I found UCAT extremely challenging and even though I revised 2 months with 2-4 hour revision everyday, I saw little difference in my ucat score. My weakest section is qr and vr. I got 510 in vr and 625 in qr. I have a whole year to prepare for my ucat in case I need to do it again and want to play it safe as I would hate to waste another year. Is there a specific timetable I can follow to boost my ucat score whilst focusing on my alevels which are my top priority at the moment. I would really appreciate your help regarding this matter. I am also happy to provide you with more information on how I went about my revision and techniques I used, so that you can advice me further on where I might be going wrong
