How much to start on trading?

I'm looking to start trading.

How much is the minimum deposit on trading websites? I'm looking, as a friend stated to day trade. Nasdaq etc.

I'm ignorant on this, I will read and educate myself. When the line goes up, how much can I expect to return in that short period? As I said, I'll educate myself on this.

I heard minimum deposits are £100, I could be wrong.

I could possibly lose a few hundred to start with.

How much would I be able to make when the line goes up for a bit on day trading?

I read and educate myself around this.

Keep reading; it's a specialist subject and there will be little advice on here. Stock could go up a bit, it could up a lot, it could go down.
