Concerns about my health

I've had concerns around my health for a while. I have three diagnoses already and I am on four different meds. But the symptoms I keep having don't seem to go away. I am constantly confused, disoriented, muddled and forgetful. I lose track of where I am, make silly mistakes and have headaches. I've had brain scans and they're all normal so I'm not really sure what's causing this. It's even more annoying when I get these symptoms in public and people can see I am confused because I am vulnerable. Any ideas of what to do or say to get help?

I think you should speak to your doctor about your concerns.
Just one of those ones where you need to keep going back to your GP and excluding things that might be causing it.

I would like to give you some more things to be tested for.... social anxiety, eyesight (well more like Irlen syndrome which is more neurological actually) and even some blood insufficiencies.
Anyway, it is something to speak to your doctor about.
100 percent try to get a gp appointment
Hope they give u some help take care

You should talk to your GP about being a outpatient in psychiatric center, you can get proper diagnosis and specialised treatment there.

since youv had three diagnoses already, means you have been to the GP to seek help and it seems they do not want to refer to you to specialists ( please correct me if im wrong).

Have you had a full blood work done? - GPs are always reluctant to refer you to this, but you can get it done privately for under £100 (its still alot of money but sometimes better for peace of mind)

Secondly, keep making regular GP appointments, keep on their case, some GPs are great, some are just terrible but keeping on top of stuff will "force" them in to action.

I do wish you well with your health.

Did that. Was a patient at the Priory mental health hospital. They said I was there for my physical health so there's no psychiatric illness going on.

I've been referred to specialists. I'm under two: endocrinology and gynecology

I've had blood work done: My cholesterol is a bit on the low side but everything is normal

My blood pressure is always very low but everything else is fine

I keep calling my GP and having countless trips to the hospital. Somedays I think I'm going to die because the fatigue and headaches are so bad.

The one final suggestion is to look into the following ( obviously speak with a GP)

are you low on Vit B12? - if so, you may require regular injections ( this is overlooked by alot of GPs - know some family members who described fatigue and headaches for years until a GP change, who decided to check for that)

if not that, look at potentially taking additional supplements ( again speak to your GP) - but Vit B complex tablets help massively with energy ( i take them myself), look into Vit D3 and look into taking a supplement called ZMA ( which is zinc, magnesium and vit Bs - normally taken before bed)
