both. I have a car which i use to commute but the constant traffic and anti-motorist transport dept in Brighton is beginning to skew me towards getting a 125cc so i can just go into all the bus lanes and commute easily.
I personally would never take a bike (especially 125cc) onto dual carriageway / Mway. Car preferred there.
