Actually I think my grandmother was technically Ukranian which is perhaps why people say I look russian. It's confusing because of how all the borders moved around between and after the wars. Some how most people can tell I'm not 100% British- I've no idea how, I must look vaguely 'odd' or something. I think it depends a lot what colour my hair is, if I dye it very dark then it makes my eyes looks much darker and my skin looks pinker and paler. I dunno where I'm going with this.
