Not been to the toilet for two days
I have made with my friend a small bet on who can last the longest, it has been 1 and a half day so far. Could this cause any health related problems?

What are the possible consequences?
In extreme cases (as in, when people physically can't pee) your bladder can expand until it consumes the space under your belly button. Eventually it would rupture but you won't manage this by will power alone. You are increasing your risk of urinary tract infection and incontinence though. Have fun.
