How can you expect her to be good at oral when she's 16? And also, you stated that you're her first boyfriend. You're making it out to sound like she's done something wrong.
You need to just talk to each other about it, otherwise neither of you will learn. If you want to get better at something, you need to know what you're doing wrong. You can't just expect her to be good at it straight away; that's like being told to write a 3000 word essay on a book you've never read.

I don't think it's unfair for the OP to ask what to do...it sounds like its painful! But, OP, the advice given is right - you need to tell her what to do. Bit by bit, and not in a critical way. Just 'that feels good, but can you pull on my foreskin less/use your teeth less/use your hands too/whatever you want'. Doesn't have to be s&m to be rough. Most mainstream porn shows hands-free throat ****ing as the norm. I think that would terrify your average 16 year old girl. And female oral, if its ever shown at all, is so cursory as to be pointless. Never understood what pleasure the girl is supposed to get from the dude shaking his face around for 30 seconds...
