What happens when you submit your personal statement to PS help?

Like what kind of help do you get? Do you they just give you advice and that's it? I've posted mine and it's in the queue, but now I've made loads of changes to it (not the one I submitted though) and I was wondering if i could get some feedback on the changes I made.

They just give you tips, tell you which pieces are bad, good, etc.

I will. But can't I get it reviewed first, then edit it, and then get feedback on the bits I've edited and whether I should keep them in or leave em out?
