Personally I really enjoy going to the gym with my partner, and I also love pole fitness and aerial hoop both of which Ive just started a couple of months ago. I think going to the gym is really fun because theres so many different things you can do there so its a good way to co-ordinate your fitness and useful for muscle building. I love pole and hoop because theyre really fun but also great workouts.
