I've edited the thread that now includes the university total endowment of £5.98 billion.
I know that the figures aren't exactly a match, but you could've just gone on the Wikipedia page for Cambridge colleges, there's a 'fixed assets' column in the table that seems to show (more or less) the same values that you just posted!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colleges_of_the_University_of_Cambridge#Colleges

EDIT: Actually some of the values are pretty far off what you posted, my bad.

I've checked that, those are old estimates from 2011-2012 the endowment of the colleges right now are £3.6 billion which is slightly greater than the endowment of the oxford colleges of about £3.5 billion.

Also if you have doubts about the figures you can check the source which contains the financial statements of each college.

Net assets doesn't equal endowment. However after checking clare colleges endowment should be £80,885,000 according to their strategic plans however this could be inaccurate their financial statements list endowments assets at £51,925,000.

To add fixed assets don't count as endowment as they can't be easily converted to cash and the university won't sell it's property.
Damn son. Though Harvard has $32 billion endowment.

Oxford is really easy since they report their endowment every year.

Here is the link: http://d307gmaoxpdmsg.cloudfront.net/collegeaccounts1314/aggregated.pdf

Make sure to look at the total figures. Oxford university's endowment is
£4.355 billion up from £4.085 billion the endowment grew by approximately
£269.7 million in that year.

That's the value of the total funds for Homerton at 2014. The total funds grew from £123 million in 2012 to £139 million 2013 to £145 million in 2014.

If you doubt any of those figures here are the financial statements each year(page number containing funds in brackets)

You are welcomed to look through the financial statements if you doubt any of my figures.I'm not claiming to be an accountant( Although I don't have to be to read total funds from a financial statement).

I am not doubting the figure, I am saying it is a surprise. Any idea how it became so wealthy?

Historical donations of land and property, Investments made by the university fund on the college, donations from other richer colleges, philanthropic donations from students and alumni( although that only accounts for £140,000 per year). The growth in homerton's endowment was very recent(last 8-10 years) so historical donations don't account for much either.

Homerton wasn't always rich in fact one of the issues was that it's endowment was too small to achieve full college status in 2009. Therefore, the college was tasked to build it's endowment big enough to achieve full college status which it did in 2010. There are a number of articles that mention this. Here's one of them: http://www.varsity.co.uk/news/1150

So I've used @Ali1302 endowment data (thanks!) and ranked the colleges accordingly. I then plotted their endowment ranking against their Tompkins ranking (for 2014) to produce the below scattergraph.

Trinity is top right (wealthy and top of Tompkins)
The mature colleges are bottom left (not wealthy and bottom of Tompkins).
There is a 0.52 correlation overall between endowment and Tompkins.

2014 Endowment vs Tompkins.jpg

NB. I have excluded Clare Hall and Darwin from the plot as they don't have UGs to get a Tompkins ranking.

(And sorry about the ugly college name list, Excel doesn't easily label scattered datapoints...)

Which wiki did you update?

It would be excellent if you also updated the "proper" wikipedia college table as it uses Fixed Assets (and old data) whereas their equivalent table for Oxford does have Endowments:
