Uni transfer - Predicted grades

I'm applying for a uni transfer and everything is going well except for what i pu t for predicted grades. im currently doing a foundation year. what should i put for predicted grades.

It's your referee's job to do this. Discuss it with them.

I used an old school teacher as a reference. He can't predict my grades

It's usual to use a tutor from university if you are already there. Your new university will want to know how you have been doing at your old university, not at school. Is it too late to change?
