Actually sounds pretty nice. The second would make a great smoothie

Thanks, try and go vegan if you can, even if it's for experimentation, there are many benefits

Were you brought up as a vegan? Or was it a conscious decision? This question would probably make more sense on the other thread but hey
Breakfast: Two slices of wholemeal toast with an apple and a glass of orange juice
Lunch: Tuna, tomato, feta, ham, and/or mushroom salad with a biscuit and a glass of water
Dinner: Usually chicken or sausage pasta/chicken curry and rice/vegetable lasagne with salad and slice of cake and glass of water
Snack: I don't usually snack as I don't get hungry between meals

BMI: 19
breakfast; porridge with vanilla yogurt and banana
lunch; beans on toast
dinner; lasagne (quorn+veg)
drinks; 3 glasses skimmed milk, about a litre of water, 1.5pints lager (only at the weekend:biggrin:)
snacks; an apple, a cereal bar and an orange

BMI; about 18.5, I'm also quite short (1.58m)
Aloo paratha
Roti and saag
:bhangra:
Yesterday:

B: Coffee x 2; Corn Flakes with milk

L: Salmon, Broccoli and two pieces of Garlic Bread + 1 can of Diet Coke

D: Spag Bol

I don't snack, and I try and drink about 4 pints of water per day at the very least. I can't stress enough how important it is to drink plenty of water!
BMI 19.7 but I eat complete **** and just exercise a lot so idk how helpful I'd be

So far today:

- pancake with golden syrup
- glass of fruit juice
- packet of quavers
- chocolate tree decoration
- piece of bread with alioli
- maltesers
- quality streets

Ah well.... it is the weekend

looks good to me, exact same lol.

btw in my post above didn't put BMI, albeit it's a fairly useless measure. 21.4, I'm what I'd call skinny fat really, my weight is fine for my height, slightly light even, but it's because I don't exercise.

No it's was a conscious decision. I'm a county cyclist so HCLF vegan diets makes the most sense (: and also don't forget the long & short term health benefits (:

Are you vegan?

No I'm not, although I've often wondered about going veggie. I could never give up roast beef or chicken

Are you looking to also make the transition? If not, why?

I don't think I'd be able to immediately start on a vegan diet, I'd cave within a matter of days. I'm thinking maybe slowly transitioning and see how or if I like it. I know I need to be eating healthier but not sure how to start
