Why would you follow them? you have to see the moon in your own country that's what you should do. It's common sense.
If you think how it was in the prophet Mohammed's time, that was what they did, all Muslims saw it themself.

Cos if the moon is seen anywhere east of us then it is supposed to be seen here but we just can't see it.

Ramadan is on Tuesday for the UK though, right? because only Saudi Arabia have sighted the moon and I'm pretty sure there's a hadith that states you should observe Ramadan when your own country sees the moon.
